I spent over thirteen years in business administration, which honestly explains more about how I work than my portfolio does. I understand systems. I understand structure. And I understand the very specific kind of chaos that comes with running something yourself.
I had three kids in two years and two months, so "organised chaos" isn't really a personality trait for me, it's a management system I run daily. It's also, weirdly, good training for small business ownership.
I taught myself to design. Then I taught myself to write custom code on top of Squarespace, because "good enough" has never sat right with me. I'm detail obsessed in a way that used to be mildly obnoxious in an office job and is now, finally, useful.
I don't just build the website and disappear. I care about how your business actually works behind it, and I go above and beyond to make that side of things easier too.

Before I built websites, I spent my career in administration, learning how to keep a lot of moving parts working together at once. That's still exactly what I do now, except the moving parts are your website, your bookings and everything else that needs to talk to each other properly.
